2 hearts romaine

½ bag 9 oz. spinach

½ small red onion, sliced

1 lb. bacon chopped and cooked until crisp

½ lb. strawberries, sliced

¼ c. sliced almonds, sugared

Dressing:

2 T. red wine vinegar

3 T. sugar

½ tsp. dry mustard

½ c. oil

½ tsp. salt

½ c. strawberry jam
