Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing


½ cup sour cream

½ c. mayonnaise

1 T. Shallots

3 T. lemon juice

½ cup bleu cheese crumbles

Freshly cracked black pepper

Combine sour cream, mayo, shallots, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Stir in cheese, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Makes about 1 ½ cup
