1 c. butter
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
4 c. shredded apples
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add rest of ingredients
Bake in large cake pan 50 minutes at 325
Caramel Sauce
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream
Bring to boil and cook until sugar is dissolved
