Granola


Mix in large bowl:
5 cups rolled oats
3 cups corn flakes
1 ½ cups wheat germ
1 large bag angel flake coconut
1-cup brown sugar
1-cup cashews
1-cup almonds
You can also add raisins, craisins, and or sesame seeds
In a saucepan, heat the following until bubbly:
½ cup oil
¾ cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup brown sugar
Pour sauce over dry ingredients and mix through
Grease 2 large baking sheets and spread the granola evenly
Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through

Cool on foil before storing
